About
Tulia Mental Health
I started my career in leadership roles across both large corporations and startups. After reflecting on my true passions, I decided to pursue training in psychotherapy. Drawing from my own experiences as a BIPOC woman, parent, and business leader, I empathize with the challenges of balancing these roles. I'm dedicated to addressing work-related stress, relationship or parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, multicultural issues, and trauma.

I am proudly an African American / Black therapist in Eagan, Minnesota. I am a married cisgendered, heterosexual female-identifying person who is an LGBTQ+ ally and advocate.

Professional Background
Prior to beginning my journey into therapy I served as an Executive Leadership member of a large international healthcare organization. After this role, I co-founded a medical technology startup while parenting two small children. I found my passion was mentoring team members and thinking holistically about how to keep our people healthy amongst the chaos of life. Today, I serve clients of a various backgrounds and find connections in their stories to help improve their wellness.
